As an international student studying in the UK you may be asked to pay your rent in advance if you don’t have a UK Guarantor. If you would like to pay rent in more manageable instalments, uhouzz have partnered with UK Guarantor. The UK Guarantor service costs £350 and to complete the application you will need to provide a scan of your passport or identity card and proof of your student status.
