Co-signer agreement
Student Marketing Agency trading as UK Guarantor (UK Guarantor) has agreed to provide a guarantee (the Guarantee) to the Landlord in respect of the obligations of the Tenant to pay the rent to the Landlord pursuant to the terms of the tenancy agreement the Tenancy Agreement. entered into between the Tenant and the Landlord on or around today’s date.
In consideration of UK Guarantor giving the Guarantee, I agree that if the Tenant defaults on any of their obligations under the Tenancy agreement, I will act as a second point of contact and support UK Guarantor in resolving the default. This may include contacting the Tenant to discuss the default with them or assisting UK Guarantor to trace the Tenant in event of default.
By agreeing to the above you are not financially liable for the Tenants debt.
I confirm that I am not a full time student, nor will I be living in the accommodation with the tenant
