Each year we work with a large number of students, to help them find and rent accommodation.
UK Guarantor fund
Each year we put aside a percentage of our income to help students and young renters in difficulty. The aim is to assist people who are facing a difficult experience, in particular those that are homeless or face the risk of becoming homeless. We also offer our service to free for all care leavers studying at University.
Who are we?
We started UKGuarantor in 2015 but have been around since 2000, when we started working in the student accommodation sector. In 2020 Housing Hand acquired UK Guarantor and continue the working partnership with Accommodation for Students.
